Welcome
We are a friendly local Club founded in 1978 and located in Ellon in the North East of Scotland with the objective of promoting the enjoyment of all aspects of the hills and mountains in safety. We currently have over 30 members and offer a varied programme of events throughout the year.
New members are always welcome on our trips – please be sure to notify our ‘Focal Point’ and read the Responsibilities and Equipment page before setting out, or, if you prefer, why not pop along to one of our evening meetings and chat to us first.
About Us
We don’t do route marches or yomps; we walk, we talk, we sit down, we eat, we check the map, we point out hills on the horizon.
Membership
We offer Adult, Family and Junior membership.
Newsletters
Each month we pull together a newsletter that includes an overview of the monthly Sunday walk, walk reports from our fellow club members, with a photograph or two.
